Aquinas Montessori School, established in 1965 in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking an upper elementary guide with AMI teacher qualifications. We are looking for a warm, organized, and creative guide who is able to communicate effectively and professionally with parents, students, and staff and would enjoy living and working in Alexandria, an area filled with wonderful cultural and social opportunities. The first year would entail co-teaching/mentoring with the current guide who has lead the class for 30 years. This is a great opportunity to learn successful classroom management routines that are already in place and humble guidance from an experienced guide.
Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience and competitive with private Montessori schools in the area.
